The rules for using Nivasta.

These terms apply when a society, its admins or its residents use Nivasta, operated by ("Miracurl"). By using the app or website you agree to them.
The service
Nivasta helps a society manage maintenance charges, water-meter billing, residents, parking and notices, and lets residents pay online. A society's committee is responsible for the amounts it enters and charges. Miracurl provides the software.
Accounts
- Give true details and keep your password, OTP and PIN to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- A society admin may add, approve or remove residents of their society.
Plans, trial and payment
Societies start with a free trial. After that the plan and price shown on the website or in your agreement apply, plus GST. Prices can change for future periods, and we will tell you first. Resident payments to the society go through Razorpay and are subject to its terms.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no illegal content, no attempts to break into accounts or systems, no sending spam or false bills, and no using another person's data without permission.
Your data
Your data stays yours. We use it only to run Nivasta, as set out in the Privacy policy.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Nivasta available, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may improve or change features. We will give notice before removing something you rely on.
Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, Miracurl is not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid for Nivasta in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending
You may stop using Nivasta at any time. A society may ask us to close its account and return or delete its data. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at have jurisdiction. Questions: , .
